It seems there is no consistency. I like the design of the letter head the most, but its missing a connection with the logo. Also, the blue is too dark. No one would be able to type on that. The other two designs are too cartoony and they remind me of Christmas. Thats a bad theme for the olympics, since not every nation celebrates Christmas.
When I look at them, I feel like they are separate entities. I like the design at the bottom left but at the same time I feel like the snowflake came out of no where. I understand that it is for the winter season but I think instead of the snowflake, you could try using a part of the icon that you have created. I like the icon a lot but would like to see it more in your stationary layouts as a design.
Overall, you're off with a good start but try to make it look more like a whole or a set rather than individual pieces. =)

i like the blue on the left better, but i'm not sure about the snowflakes. but keep playing with it it's looking really good=)
